Objectives for the week:

Mathematics: Topic 6 Addition with doubles i.e. 4+4. Pictures and Number Sentence.

Matemáticas: Tema 6 Suma con dobles. Dibujos y oraciones numéricas.

Reading: Characters and Setting. Personajes y ambiente del cuento.

Letters Tt and Dd. Letras Tt y Dd.

Sequence- First, Then, Finally. Secuencia-Primero, Luego, Después, Finalmente.

Writing: Word order and period in sentences. Escritura: orden de palabras y punto en una oración.

Science: Five Senses. Ciencias: 5 Sentidos.

Social Studies: Pledges to the flags. Estudios Sociales: Juramentos a las banderas.

Grades/Notas

Graded work will be sent home on Tuesdays in the Blue Folder. These are the grades that are entered in my gradebook. If it is a 65 or less, the student will redo the assignment and I will average both grades. I only grade assignments/activities that we have practiced many times. Progress reports will go home this week.
Tareas con notas seran enviadas los martes en la Carpeta Azul. Estas notas estan en mi libro de notas. Si la nota es un 65 o menos, el estudiante hara la tarea otra vez. Yo tomo el promedio de las dos notas. Solamente tomo notas en tareas o actividades que hemos practicado varias veces.

Reporte de Notas será enviada esta semana.

I would love all kinds of stickers...I think that is the only thing on my wish list.

Workstations/Tareas de los Centros

The workstations give the students an opportunity to work independently and in groups. One workstation is in English the others are math, reading and writing. The workstations are done in the morning during Language Arts.

Las tareas de los centros les da una oportunidad a los alumnos trabajar independientemente y en grupos. Una de las tareas es en inglés y las demas son de matemáticas, lectura y escritura.
Las tareas de los centros se hacen en la mañana durante Artes de Lenguage.
